We have provided an overview of our services, our affiliates, and our qualifications. We are a full service inspection, radon testing, mold testing, and radon mitigation company.  We provide pre-purchase inspections and testing on all residential and commercial properties, in all of Lee, and Collier counties.

PLEASE NOTE
There are currently no state regulations for the home inspection industry of Florida until July, 2010. Therefore, it is imperative that an inspector holds a certificate from a reputable association, such as NACHI, that qualifies tests and sets guidelines for their members.  Also, and equally important, is that the local franchised inspector is qualified as a home inspector and not just using the documented credentials of an out of state businessman.
