Gleason Environmental Services, our "termite experts", provide us with fully trained and qualified termite inspectors when requested. Termites are a problem that must be dealt with in south Florida, and in most single family homes and lower level condos, we strongly recommend a termite inspection. This inspection and report will meet all the requirements of banks, other lending institutions, and mortgage companies. The cost starts at $75.00 and is invoiced with the home inspection. This is another costly area that isn't worth the risk you take if you choose not to have a termite inspection. |
