The
home inspection is a very worthwhile expense when you are purchasing
your next home, provided you employ a quality company that will provide
a thorough inspection on your behalf.
Our pricing begins with a small condo for $210.00. This includes an inspection of the air conditioning system by a state certified A/C company as described elsewhere. A typical 2,000 sq. ft. single family home begins at $290.00. Again, this price includes the air conditioning inspection by a certified A/C company. As you would expect, swimming pools, spas, seawalls and docks require an upcharge. Square footage is a good indicator as to the other items within a home, so this will be a question for you when we quote a particular home. Our goal is not to appear to be using the old "bait and switch" method of pricing your inspections. Contact us for a firm quote that we guarantee will not change. That is our policy. Period. Commercial properties, multi-family buildings,
and environmental testing will require more information for a fixed
price quote. And as these type projects require more time, well need
more advanced notice to schedule. Radon Mitigation starts at $1000-$1400. |
