Air Treatment Inc. provides us with fully trained
and certified technicians to conduct the air conditioning portion of our
pre-purchase inspections on both residential and commercial properties.
The air-conditioning unit is the most expensive appliance in the home
and we believe the best way to guarantee the performance is to have a
specialist inspect it for proper operation. Only a Florida Certified
contractor can legally conduct this type of inspection using EPA
certified technicians. As the customer, you should demand a certified
technician and require a written report from the air conditioning
contractor. Why gamble?

Gleason Termite
Control, our "termite experts", provide us with fully trained
and qualified termite inspectors when requested. Termites are a problem
that must be dealt with in south Florida, and in most single family
homes and lower level condos, we strongly recommend a termite inspection.
This inspection and report will meet all the requirements of banks,
other lending institutions, and mortgage companies. The cost is only
$75.00 and is invoiced with the home inspection. This is another costly
area that isn't worth the risk you take if you choose not to have
a termite inspection.

Dr. Robert Mitchell, who holds a Ph.D. in Physics,
and all the staff at EEAT, continue to support our environmental testing

State of Florida certified Environmental Engineer, license number 8020.
